MDF keyrings are laser cut from engineered wood board into any outline, which makes them the cheapest route to a custom-shaped keyring without paying for a mould. Laser engraving burns the logo into the board for a permanent, natural finish, or UV printing puts full colour onto the surface. Because the same laser cuts the outline, custom shapes cost far less here than on any moulded material.
