Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.

This website is operated by MyPublicity by Brandskool, registered at 54 Friends Colony, Lane 1, Near New GTB Nagar, Jalandhar City, Punjab 144003, India, trading as GiftBulk. In these terms, "we", "us" and "our" refer to that entity.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on the site when you place an order is the version that applies to that order.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees, per unit, and are exclusive of GST. GST is applied to the order subtotal at the prevailing rate, currently 18%, and is shown separately before you confirm the order. A GST invoice is issued with every order.

Prices are subject to change without notice. Raw material, printing and freight costs move, and our prices move with them. The price displayed at the moment you place an order is the price that applies to that order.

Quotations issued by WhatsApp or email are valid only for the period stated on the quotation. After that period we may requote.

We take care to ensure prices are accurate. Where a price is listed in obvious error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund you in full rather than supply at the incorrect price. We will tell you before doing so.

Every product carries a minimum order quantity, which is displayed on its product page. Orders below that quantity cannot be accepted for that product.

An order placed on the website is an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only when we confirm the order. We may decline an order — for example where stock is unavailable, where the delivery address is not serviceable, or where the artwork supplied cannot lawfully be reproduced — and where we do, any payment made is refunded in full.

Stock availability is not guaranteed until an order is confirmed. Where an item becomes unavailable after you order, we will offer an equivalent alternative or refund that line.

You are responsible for the artwork you supply. By sending us a logo, image, text or design you confirm that you own it or are authorised to use it, and that reproducing it does not infringe anyone else’s rights. You indemnify us against any claim arising from artwork you supplied.

We produce a digital proof showing the position and size of your branding, and we do not begin production until you approve it. Approval is your confirmation that the spelling, the logo version, the colour reference and the placement are correct.

Once you have approved a proof, the order proceeds on that basis. Errors present in the approved artwork or proof are not our responsibility, and goods produced from an approved proof are not returnable.

We may photograph finished work and show it as an example of our production capability. If you would prefer we did not, tell us when you place the order and we will not.

Printed and engraved colours on physical products will not match a screen exactly, and can vary between production batches, between materials, and between printing methods. Ink behaves differently on plastic, anodised metal, dyed jute and coated paper.

Where a specific shade matters, supply a Pantone or CMYK reference and we will match it as closely as the material and process allow. We cannot guarantee an exact match, and reasonable variation in colour, tone or finish is not a defect and is not grounds for return.

Natural materials such as wood, jute and leather vary in grain, tone and texture between pieces. That variation is a property of the material, not a fault.

Dispatch and delivery timelines are set out in our Shipping Policy and are estimates given in good faith. They are not guaranteed, and we are not liable for delays caused by couriers, transport strikes, weather, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. Title in the goods passes to you once we have been paid in full.

Where a fixed date is critical, agree it with us in writing before placing the order.

Orders may be paid online through our payment gateway where that option is available, or by UPI or bank transfer after we confirm the order.

For customised and branded orders, production begins once payment is confirmed and the artwork proof is approved. We do not begin branding against an unpaid order unless separate credit terms have been agreed in writing.

Our liability in relation to any order is limited to the value of that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including loss of profit, loss of business, or the cost of an event proceeding without the gifts.

Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Product photographs, descriptions, page copy and the GiftBulk brand marks on this site are our property or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.

Product images are representative. Minor differences between a photograph and the delivered item, including packaging changes made by the manufacturer, are to be expected.

You may not use this site to place fraudulent orders, to scrape the catalogue, or in any way that interferes with its operation.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with them, or with any order placed through this website, is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Jalandhar, Punjab.

Before starting any formal proceeding, please contact us — almost everything in this trade is resolved faster by a phone call than by a notice.
