Privacy Policy

This policy covers the personal information GiftBulk collects through this website. GiftBulk is operated by MyPublicity by Brandskool, registered at 54 Friends Colony, Lane 1, Near New GTB Nagar, Jalandhar City, Punjab 144003, India.

It applies whether you place an order, request a quote, or simply contact us through the website.

When you place an order at checkout, we collect your full name, company name where you provide it, email address, phone number, GSTIN where you provide it, delivery address including city, state and pincode, and any order notes you add.

When you request a quote, we collect your name, company, email, phone, the products and quantities you are interested in, your budget per unit where you provide it, and your message.

Where you add branding to an order, we collect the print text you enter, any artwork file you upload, and any branding notes. Artwork files are stored in a private storage bucket that is not publicly accessible and is used only to produce your order.

We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, UPI PINs, net banking credentials or any other payment credentials at any point.

We use your information to prepare quotations, confirm and fulfil orders, produce your branding, arrange delivery, raise a GST invoice, and contact you about the status of an order or an enquiry.

We use your email address to send transactional messages: order confirmations, quote acknowledgements and order status updates. We do not add you to a marketing list from a purchase.

We do not use your information for automated profiling or advertising, and we do not sell, rent or trade it to anyone.

Online payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited, a PCI DSS compliant payment gateway. When you pay online you enter your card, UPI or net banking details directly into Razorpay’s systems. Those details are never transmitted to, seen by, or stored on our servers.

We receive only the outcome of the transaction and its reference identifiers — whether the payment succeeded or failed, and the Razorpay order and payment identifiers — which we store against your order so that payments can be reconciled and refunds processed.

Razorpay processes that data under its own privacy policy, which we recommend you read if you pay online.

We share the minimum necessary information with service providers who help us fulfil your order: courier and transport companies receive your name, delivery address and phone number; our payment gateway receives what is needed to process a payment; and our email provider transmits transactional emails on our behalf.

We use Supabase to host the database and file storage behind this website. Data is stored in the Mumbai (ap-south-1) region.

We may disclose information where we are required to do so by law, by a court, or by a competent authority.

We do not share your information with anyone else, and we do not sell it.

Order records and invoices are retained for as long as required under Indian tax and accounting law, since they form part of our statutory books of account.

Quote requests that do not become orders are retained only for as long as they are commercially useful for following up with you.

Artwork files are retained so that repeat orders can be produced from the same file without you having to resend it. If you would prefer your artwork deleted after your order is complete, tell us and we will delete it.

You can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct anything inaccurate, or ask us to delete it. Email brandskool.online@gmail.com from the address you used, or message +91 88376 00299 on WhatsApp, and tell us what you would like done.

We will act on the request within a reasonable period. Where information forms part of an invoice or a statutory record, we may be required to retain it even after a deletion request, and we will tell you where that is the case.

This website uses only the cookies and local storage needed for it to work — principally to remember what is in your cart between pages, and to keep an administrator signed in.

We do not use advertising cookies and we do not run third-party advertising trackers on this site.

The site is served over HTTPS. Order, quote and artwork data is held in access-controlled storage, and artwork files sit in a private bucket that is not reachable by a public URL.

No system is perfectly secure, and we do not claim otherwise. If you believe your information has been compromised through this site, tell us immediately so we can investigate.
