How are ABS keyrings branded?
With a printed insert sealed under a clear domed epoxy resin, which reproduces full-colour logos sharply and resists scratching in a pocket. Where the design allows, direct UV printing onto the plastic body is also possible.
What is the minimum order for ABS keyrings?
Five pieces per design, the catalogue-wide minimum. Because the branding is a printed insert rather than a mould, running two or three different designs in one order is straightforward, each meeting its own minimum.
How long do ABS keyrings take?
Five to seven working days from artwork approval, plus transit. The domed resin needs time to cure properly, which is built into that estimate. Rushing it produces a soft, marking finish, so we do not.
