- Dispatch
- Ready-stock items are dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation. Customised and logo-branded orders ship in 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval.

- All prices are shown per unit and are exclusive of GST. 18% GST is added at checkout and a GST invoice is issued with every order.
- Shipping
- Shipping is free on orders of ₹10,000 and above, before GST. Below that, a flat ₹250 applies. We deliver anywhere in India.
- Branding

- Crystal with internal engraving photographs well, which matters when the ceremony is being covered.
- Order a few blank spares: a misspelt name on the day is the failure mode that actually happens.
Questions bulk buyers ask
How are awards engraved?
Crystal and glass awards are laser engraved, either on the surface or internally within the material. Metal plates are laser engraved or etched, and wooden awards are burnt-in engraved. Full-colour logos can be UV printed onto acrylic where colour is essential to the brand.
What is the minimum order for awards?
Five pieces, the catalogue-wide minimum. Since each award usually carries a different name, the practical constraint is the recipient list rather than the quantity, and we can produce a small set of individually named pieces within that minimum.
How long do awards take?
Five to seven working days from artwork approval where the design is common to all pieces. Individually named engraving takes longer, so send the final list at least two weeks before the ceremony and expect to approve a proof of each name.
