PVC keyrings are moulded in soft rubber to any shape, which means your logo can become the physical outline of the product rather than a print on it. They are the lowest-cost keyring we stock and the most distinctive, which is why brands with a strong mark order them for exhibitions and consumer promotions. A mould is required, so quantities are higher than for printed keyrings.

- Best value when your logo has a recognisable silhouette; a plain wordmark gains little.
- The mould is a one-time cost, so repeat orders on the same shape are substantially cheaper.
- Keep the design to a few flat colours: soft PVC cannot hold fine gradient detail.

How are PVC keyrings branded?
They are moulded, not printed. Soft PVC is injected into a die cut to your logo shape and filled in flat colours, so the branding is the product. This gives a durable, three-dimensional result that no printed keyring can match.
What is the minimum order for PVC keyrings?
Five pieces on standard shapes, the catalogue-wide minimum. A custom shape needs its own mould, and the minimum for a custom mould is higher. We confirm it against your artwork, since it depends on the size and the number of colours.
How long do PVC keyrings take?
Standard designs ship in 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval. Custom-moulded shapes take longer, because the die has to be cut and sampled before production. Raise custom enquiries well before any fixed event date.
