The plain steel bottles are not described as vacuum or double-wall insulated, and we do not claim they keep drinks hot or cold. If recipients want that, choose the insulated kettle, casserole or jug, where the supplier spec states 6 hours hot and cold.
How big is the logo area on each steel bottle?
This is the detail most buyers miss. The supplier spec on each bottle lists a print size, and it varies. A wide horizontal logo that looks right at 90 by 25 mm has to shrink to a third of the width on a 30 by 25 mm bottle. Check it before you approve a design, and ask for the proof at actual size.

Should the logo be engraved or printed on a bottle?
For steel, engraving is the safer choice. Laser engraving exposes the metal beneath the surface and does not wash off, which matters on a bottle that is cleaned daily. A printed mark on a bottle that goes through a dishwasher or a scrubbing brush will wear. Plastic gym shakers are screen or pad printed instead. Full-colour artwork needs UV printing. We confirm the method against the product and your artwork on the digital proof, and nothing is produced until you approve it. - Send a vector logo. AI, CDR, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts converted to outlines, or a 300 dpi PNG with a transparent background.
- Use one colour where you can. A single-colour mark engraves or prints more cleanly than a gradient on a curved surface.
- Ask for the proof at actual size. It shows whether the mark fits the print area, which is the usual cause of a rejected proof.
