A note before the comparison
GiftBulk is a corporate gifting supplier, run by MyPublicity by Brandskool, so this guide is written by one of the companies you might be comparing. We have not named or ranked anyone else, and we do not claim to be the best. We list the criteria we would use as a buyer, then put our own facts against them.
The seven criteria that matter
Most bad gifting orders fail on the same few points: a forced over-order, a print that looks nothing like the logo, a missing tax invoice, or a delivery date that slid past the event. These checks catch them before you pay.
| Criterion | What good looks like | How to check it |
|---|---|---|
| Minimum order quantity (MOQ) | A minimum close to your real headcount, with the single-piece price stated | Ask for the price at your exact quantity, not a range |
| Branding in-house | The supplier prints or engraves on its own premises, or names who does | Ask where the logo is applied and on which method |
| GST invoice | A proper tax invoice with GSTIN on every order, GST shown as a separate line | Ask for a sample invoice or the GSTIN before you pay |
| Dispatch time | A written number of days, split into ready stock and branded | Ask for the date in the quote, counted from artwork approval |
| Pan-India delivery | Delivery to your pincodes, with shipping charges stated up front | Send your pincodes and ask for the delivered total |
| Proof before production | A digital mock-up of your logo on the product, approved by you in writing | Ask what happens if you reject the proof |
| Payment terms | Clear advance, balance and refund terms, paid to a business account | Ask for them in the quote, and pay only to a registered business |
Start with the minimum order, because it decides whether the rest matters to you. Many suppliers quote 30 to 100 pieces, which suits a company-wide Diwali order and punishes a team of eight new joiners. Then check who applies the logo. If branding is outsourced, ask who the printer is and who answers when the print is off-centre. Finally, insist that dispatch time is written down and counted from a clear start, such as artwork approval. "About two weeks" with no start date is not a delivery date. See our corporate gifting overview for how ordering works end to end.
Four supplier types compared
Instead of ranking companies, compare the kinds of seller you will meet. The table describes general patterns. An individual company in any row can be better or worse than the pattern, so run the seven checks on whoever you shortlist.
| Supplier type | Typical minimum order | Where it is strongest | What to watch |
|---|---|---|---|
| Marketplace listing sellers | Often 30 to 100 pieces, set per listing | Huge choice and many sellers to compare in one place | Quality and delivery vary by seller; confirm who dispatches, who brands and who invoices |
| Local gift shops | Usually flexible, often negotiated | Can meet in person; good for a small urgent order of stock items | Narrow range, branding often sent out, invoicing and written timelines can be informal |
| Large gifting platforms | Varies; many target big corporate programmes | Curated sets, account managers, handling for large multi-city programmes | Margins sit on top of the product; small quantities may get little attention |
| Direct manufacturers or suppliers | Varies by supplier; some quote 5 pieces, many quote far higher | Control of branding and pricing, and a shorter chain from product to buyer | Check that the range suits you and that the stated timelines are in writing |
GiftBulk against the same criteria
GiftBulk is a direct supplier, run by MyPublicity by Brandskool and founded by Nitin Mittal, headquartered in Delhi and Punjab, delivering across India. It is trusted by over 1,000 clients, including Volkswagen and Tanishq. Here is how it stands on the seven checks. Each row can be checked on the site or confirmed by us in writing.
| Criterion | GiftBulk |
|---|---|
| Minimum order quantity | 5 pieces on most products (wall clocks start at 100). A single piece is available at a higher rate. |
| Branding in-house | Yes. Logo branding is done in-house. |
| GST invoice | A GST invoice is issued with every order. GST is 18 percent on the subtotal plus shipping. |
| Dispatch time | Ready stock dispatches in 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation. Branded orders take 5 to 7 working days from artwork approval, then 2 to 5 days in transit. |
| Pan-India delivery | Yes. Shipping is Rs250 up to Rs5,000, Rs150 up to Rs10,000 and free above Rs10,000, on the subtotal before GST. |
| Proof before production | Yes. You approve a proof before production starts. |
| Payment terms | Orders go through the website checkout, and mixed or larger orders through the quote form. Credit terms are not advertised, so ask in your quote if you need them. |
On price, the quantity ladder is public. Per-unit rates fall as quantity rises: 6 percent below the 5-piece rate at 15 pieces, 16 percent at 50, 22 percent at 100, 30 percent at 500 and 34 percent at 1,000. The exact price for your quantity shows on the product page when you enter it. A first order of Rs3,000 or more before GST can use the code FIRST5 for 5 percent off, up to Rs500. Our corporate gift price list shows starting prices by category.

Red flags that should stop an order
- No GSTIN or no tax invoice. If the quote says "invoice on request" and the answer is vague, move on.
- A price that excludes branding without saying so. Ask for the rate with your logo applied.
- No proof, or a proof of the logo alone. You need to see it on the product.
- Refusal to send a sample. Even a paid single piece is a reasonable request.
- Payment to a personal account, or full advance with no invoice. This is the commonest route to a lost deposit.
Questions to put in writing
Send the same message to every supplier on your shortlist. Writing it down makes the answers comparable and gives you a record if something slips.
- What is the minimum order, and what is the price per piece at my exact quantity with my logo applied?
- Is the branding done in-house? Which method will you use on this product?
- Will you send a digital proof for approval, and how many revisions are included?
- What is the dispatch time for branded stock, counted from artwork approval, and how long is transit to my pincode?
- What is the total landed cost, with shipping and GST shown as separate lines?
- Will you issue a GST invoice? What is your GSTIN?
- What are the payment and refund terms if the print is wrong?
A one-week process to pick a supplier
Shortlist and test a corporate gifting supplier
About 120 minutes
- 01
Fix your brief
Write down the quantity, budget per head before GST, delivery pincodes, the date you need the gifts in hand, and your logo file. Every quote you collect should answer this same brief.
- 02
Pick three suppliers of different types
Choose one from at least two of the supplier types above. Comparing three of the same type tells you little about the trade-offs.
- 03
Send the seven questions in writing
Use the list above. Treat a slow, vague or evasive reply as information about how the order will go.
- 04
Order one sample from your top two
Buy a single piece with your logo from each. Check print edges, colour match, packing and how long delivery actually took.
- 05
Compare landed cost and decide
Line up the delivered total with GST and shipping for each supplier. Choose on the total and on how the sample performed, not on the lowest headline rate.
