Which type of award should you buy?
Choose the type from the occasion first and the budget second. A trophy for the sales champion of the year says something different from a plaque for five years of service. The Awards and Memento category groups the line into five types.
| Type | Products | Price range | Example and size | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Acrylic trophy | 22 | Rs330 to Rs1,500 | MPI 3623, 8.5 x 3.5 inches, from Rs330 | Annual awards, milestone recognition, large lists |
| Plaque trophy | 56 | Rs350 to Rs3,200 | MPI 3701, 8 x 6 inches, from Rs350 | Long service, dealer awards, certificates of appreciation |
| Star trophy | 21 | Rs430 to Rs2,200 | MPI 3942, about 9 inches, from Rs430 | Top performer, sales champion |
| Glass trophy | 8 | Rs580 to Rs2,200 | MPI 3658, 8 x 4.75 inches | Senior recognition, events, retirement |
| Trophy and award, metal figure on a block | 25 | Rs580 to Rs2,700 | MPI 3881, about 11 inches, from Rs590 | Top awards, ceremony centrepieces |
| Wooden trophy | 1 | Rs1,500 | MPI 3720 | A warm, traditional finish |
Open the Acrylic Trophy, MPI 3623 at Rs330, the Plaque Trophy, MPI 3701 at Rs350 or the Star Trophy, MPI 3942 at Rs430 for the photographs and sizes. The Glass Trophy, MPI 3659 at Rs580 is the entry point to glass. For the very top of a client list, our luxury silverware gifts are a gift rather than an award, from Rs699.

How are names and logos put on awards?
Method follows material. Crystal and glass awards are laser engraved, either on the surface or inside the material. Metal plates are engraved or etched. Wooden awards are burnt in. Full-colour logos can be UV printed onto acrylic where colour matters to the brand. Individual names, titles and years are standard on awards, are quoted separately from the base price, and need the final list before production starts. Read our guide to logo printing methods for the comparison.
- Send the names as a spreadsheet. One row per award with name, title and year, spelled exactly as it should read.
- Lock the list before proof. Adding a name later means a second production run and costs you the date.
- Check every spelling on the proof. An error you approve is an error you keep. Branded and engraved awards are not returnable.
- Keep the citation short. Text that fills the plate is hard to read from a distance.
How much does an awards order cost?
Per-unit price falls with quantity: about 12 percent at 25 pieces, 15 percent at 50 and 21 percent at 100 for the trophies below. Shipping is counted before GST, and 18 percent GST is charged on the subtotal plus shipping.
| Award | At 5 pieces | At 25 pieces | At 50 pieces | At 100 pieces |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Acrylic Trophy MPI 3623 | Rs330 | Rs290 | Rs280 | Rs260 |
| Plaque Trophy MPI 3701 | Rs350 | Rs310 | Rs290 | Rs270 |
| Star Trophy MPI 3942 | Rs430 | Rs380 | Rs360 | Rs340 |
| Glass Trophy MPI 3659 | Rs580 | Rs520 | Rs490 | Rs450 |
| Order | Subtotal | Shipping | GST | Total | Per award, all-in |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 25 x Acrylic Trophy MPI 3623 | Rs7,250 | Rs150 | about Rs1,332 | about Rs8,732 | about Rs349 |
| 50 x Plaque Trophy MPI 3701 | Rs14,500 | Free | about Rs2,610 | about Rs17,110 | about Rs342 |
| 10 x Star Trophy MPI 3942 | Rs4,300 | Rs250 | about Rs819 | about Rs5,369 | about Rs537 |
Name engraving is quoted on top of these figures, so ask for the engraved price in writing. A first order of Rs3,000 or more before GST can use the code FIRST5 for 5 percent off, capped at Rs500. For quantities above 500, request a quote. For the full ladder, see the corporate gift price list.
What should you plan around delivery?
Branded awards dispatch 5 to 7 working days after proof approval, then take 2 to 5 working days in transit. Add days for a name list that is still changing. Glass and framed awards are fragile. Large or fragile consignments may need dedicated transport rather than courier, which we quote and confirm before the order is processed. Photograph the outer packaging on delivery and report any damage within 48 hours with your order number. If the ceremony date is fixed, tell us the date and pincodes before you pay so we confirm in writing whether it is achievable. See our delivery timelines guide.
