How long does bulk corporate gift delivery take in India?
There are three numbers, and each belongs to a different stage. Ready stock without a logo leaves our facility in 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation, on working days. A branded order is produced first: dispatch is 5 to 7 working days from the day you approve the proof. Then the courier or transport takes 2 to 5 working days within India. We deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India and do not ship outside the country.
| Order type | Dispatch | Transit within India | Total, working days |
|---|---|---|---|
| Unbranded ready stock | 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation | 2 to 5 working days | About 3 to 7 |
| Branded, standard product and logo | 5 to 7 working days from proof approval | 2 to 5 working days | 7 to 12 |
| Branded with individual names | 5 to 7 working days from proof approval, with the final name list in hand | 2 to 5 working days | 7 to 12, after the list is final |
| Large, heavy or fragile consignments | As above | Dedicated transport, quoted separately | Confirmed before the order is processed |
Sundays and public holidays are not working days. During the festive season, courier networks run at capacity and transit can stretch, so the long end of the range is the safer planning figure. The full terms are in our shipping policy.
How do metros, smaller towns and remote pincodes differ?
We do not promise a fixed number of days to a named city. Transit depends on the courier, the pincode and the weight of the consignment. For planning, treat the two ends of the 2 to 5 day range as the metro case and the smaller-town case, and treat remote pincodes as slower than both.
| Destination | Planning assumption | What to do |
|---|---|---|
| Major metros and large cities | 2 working days, the short end of the policy range | Still add a buffer in the festive weeks |
| Tier 2 and tier 3 towns | Up to 5 working days, the long end of the range | Plan on the long end and approve the proof early |
| Remote, hill and difficult pincodes | Longer than 5 working days is possible | We flag any pincode we expect to be slow at the time of the order |
What are the delivery dates for a real order?
The table works three Monday proof approvals. The earliest date takes 5 working days of production and 2 of transit. The latest takes 7 and 5. Monday to Saturday counts, and no public holiday is deducted, so allow extra days around festivals.
| Proof approved | Dispatched between | Delivered between |
|---|---|---|
| Monday 19 October | Saturday 24 and Tuesday 27 October | Tuesday 27 October and Monday 2 November |
| Monday 2 November | Saturday 7 and Tuesday 10 November | Tuesday 10 and Monday 16 November |
| Monday 16 November | Saturday 21 and Tuesday 24 November | Tuesday 24 and Monday 30 November |
The rule of thumb is simple. From a Monday proof approval, delivery lands between the Tuesday of the following week and the Monday after that. For a festival, work backwards from the date you need the gifts in hand. Our last-minute Diwali 2026 guide and the New Year 2027 client gifts guide do exactly that with calendar dates.
What slows an order down?
- Slow proof approval. Every day you take to approve moves dispatch by a day. Approve the day the proof arrives.
- Late changes to the artwork or text. A new version restarts the proof. Send the final, outlined vector file the first time.
- Individual names. Names need the final list before production starts. Adding one later means a second production run.
- Custom items. A custom shape, a new mould or a hamper built from your own item list takes longer than a standard product.
- Several delivery addresses. A split is quoted before you pay, and each lane has its own transit time.
- A wrong or unattended address. Check the pincode and the contact number. Repeated failed delivery attempts can send the consignment back at your cost.
How do you speed up delivery?
Choose standard products with one logo in one position, and approve the proof the day it arrives. For a deadline you cannot move, unbranded ready stock is the fastest option, because it dispatches in 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation. Pick a product that suits your list from the premium metal pens or table clocks, which are standard items with a simple dial or barrel logo. Our guide to ordering in bulk shows the whole process.
What about multiple delivery addresses and large orders?
For joining kits or festive hampers going to several branches, send the address list with the quantity for each location when you enquire, and we quote the freight for the split. It is easier to arrange before the order is confirmed than after. Shipping on a single-address order is Rs250 up to Rs5,000, Rs150 up to Rs10,000 and free above Rs10,000, before GST. Unusually large or fragile consignments, such as bulk signage or high-volume clock orders, may need dedicated transport; we quote that separately and confirm it before the order is processed, and we do not add freight charges after confirmation.
Get a delivery date you can plan around
- 01
List the delivery pincodes
Write down every destination pincode and the quantity for each. The slowest pincode sets your deadline.
- 02
Fix the date you need the gifts in hand
Choose the date by which recipients must have them, and subtract a buffer of two or three days.
- 03
Send both to us before you pay
Use the quote form or WhatsApp. We confirm in writing whether the date is achievable.
- 04
Approve the proof the same day
Delivery depends on the day you approve the proof, so keep that step fast.
