Choose the product and quantity
Open a product page, type your quantity, and read the per-unit price, which falls as quantity rises. Check the minimum order shown on the page.

Add to cart and enter your details
Checkout is guest only. Enter name, company, email, phone, delivery address and your GSTIN if you want it on the invoice.

Upload your logo and instructions
Attach a vector file or a 300 dpi PNG (up to 20 MB) and note the print position or text. Each cart line can carry its own branding instructions.

Pay
Pay online through the secure gateway, or choose UPI or bank transfer and send the payment reference after we confirm the order.

Approve the digital proof
We place your logo on the product and send a proof. Approve it in writing. This starts the production clock.

We brand, pack and dispatch
Branded orders dispatch in 5 to 7 working days from approval. You receive courier details by email and can track the order on the tracking page.

Receive the goods and the GST invoice
Inspect the packaging on delivery. Report any damage within 48 hours with photographs. The GST invoice is issued with every order.

What is the minimum order quantity?
Five pieces on every product, except wall clocks, which are sold from 100. Many suppliers quote 30 to 100 pieces, so a team of eight can order a joining kit without padding the quantity. Each line in a cart must meet its own minimum. A single piece is available first, at a higher rate, if you want to check quality; it is priced 45 percent above the 5-piece rate. Per-unit price then steps down at 15, 25, 50, 75, 100, 250, 500 and 1,000 pieces, by up to 34 percent at 1,000.
How are GST, shipping and the invoice worked out?
Every price on the site is per unit and before GST. At checkout, the subtotal is the sum of each line at its quantity price. Shipping is added next, from the subtotal before GST. Then 18 percent GST is charged on the subtotal plus shipping. The invoice shows these as separate lines. Enter your GSTIN at checkout and it is printed on the invoice so your finance team can claim input credit. If you forget, tell us before dispatch, because a GSTIN cannot always be changed after the invoice is raised. Our GSTIN is printed in the footer of every page.

How do artwork and the proof work?
Send a vector logo (AI, CDR, EPS, PDF or SVG with fonts converted to outlines) or a 300 dpi PNG with a transparent background. Uploads go up to 20 MB. We place the logo on the product and send a digital proof showing size and position. Check the spelling, the logo version, the position and the colour. Nothing is printed until you approve in writing, and approval starts the production clock. Once printing has started, the goods are customised and cannot be cancelled or changed. How do you pay, and is an advance needed?
Pay online through the secure gateway when it is enabled, or choose UPI or bank transfer and we send the details with the order confirmation. Production starts once payment is confirmed and the proof is approved. For customised and branded orders an advance is required, because branded goods cannot be resold. Terms for large or repeat orders can be discussed, but they are agreed before the order, not assumed. Ready stock is held for you while a transfer clears.
How long does delivery take?

Working days exclude Sundays and public holidays. If your order is tied to a fixed date, tell us the date and your pincodes before you pay, and we confirm in writing whether it is achievable. Our delivery timelines guide works through example dates.
What if something goes wrong?
- Damage in transit. Photograph the outer packaging and the goods before unpacking everything, and send them on WhatsApp within 48 hours of delivery with your order number.
- A defect. Report within 48 hours with photographs. We replace or refund affected pieces after verifying, including branded goods.
- Change of mind. Branded and customised goods are not returnable. Unbranded ready stock can be returned within 7 days if unused and in original packaging.
- A colour that is close but not identical. Minor shade variation between proof and print is inherent to printing and is not treated as a defect.
