Where the calendar stands today
Today is Friday 9 October. Dhanteras is Friday 6 November and Diwali is Sunday 8 November, so you have 30 days. Diwali orders are normally planned well before October, which means the early options are gone. The job now is to choose what still fits the calendar, not to hope the calendar bends.
Our position, plainly: ready stock plus simple branding works. Large custom runs are already tight. A custom-moulded shape, or a hamper built to your own item list, almost certainly does not fit.
Work the timeline backwards from 5 November
We use Thursday 5 November as the delivery target. That lands gifts three days before Diwali, which is about the latest a team can still distribute them. Three rules from our shipping policy set every date below.
- Working days run Monday to Saturday. Sundays and public holidays do not count.
- Customised orders (anything printed, engraved, embroidered or assembled to your specification) dispatch 5 to 7 working days after you approve the artwork proof, not after you pay. A late approval moves dispatch by the same number of days.
- Transit adds 2 to 5 working days. The table uses the two ends of that range: 2 working days for a metro and 5 for a smaller town. Remote pincodes can take longer.

From today to the earliest cut-off, Thursday 22 October, is 13 days. Spend two or three of them choosing the product. Every day you spend deciding comes out of production time, because the clock starts at proof approval, not at the order.
What you can still get branded and delivered
One point catches buyers out. Unbranded ready stock dispatches in 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation. The moment you add a logo, the order is a customised order and the 5 to 7 working day production window applies, even if the blank item is sitting on the shelf. So the realistic Diwali order is a standard product, one logo, one position, one colour where possible. That is a short proof cycle, and a short proof cycle protects your date.

Prices above are per unit at the 5-piece rate, before 18 percent GST. Per-unit price falls as quantity rises: about 6 percent below the 5-piece rate at 15 pieces, 11 percent at 25, 16 percent at 50, 22 percent at 100, 26 percent at 250, 30 percent at 500 and 34 percent at 1,000. If your request is in the bottom half of that table and you have not started, be realistic. A gift that lands after Diwali reads as late. Follow the consignment once it ships and keep two days of buffer for handing gifts out inside your office.
What a last-minute order costs to ship
Shipping is Rs250 up to Rs5,000, Rs150 up to Rs10,000 and free above Rs10,000, measured on the subtotal before GST. GST is 18 percent and you get a GST invoice on every order. Delivery is pan-India. If you are sending to several cities, each address carries its own transit time, so one delivery per office is usually cleaner than individual homes.
