Dated or undated: which one to buy
A dated 2027 diary has printed days and weeks, so it is useful for one year and wasted after that. An undated notebook has no dates, so the recipient can start in any month. The choice is about when the recipient gets it and how long you want it on their desk.

The ordering calendar for January delivery
Dated diaries are bought from October to December for use in January. Three numbers set the calendar. Production takes 5 to 7 working days from the day you approve the artwork proof. Transit adds 2 to 5 working days. Working days run Monday to Saturday. The table below uses the short end of both for the first date in each range and the long end for the second.

Every date assumes you approve the proof the day it is sent. A slow approval moves dispatch by the same number of days. Public holidays are not counted, so Christmas and 1 January push late-December dates out further.
Why late December orders miss January distribution
Take an order approved on Monday 21 December. Five to seven working days puts dispatch on 26 to 29 December. Two to five working days of transit puts delivery between 29 December and 4 January. That is the best case, with no holiday counted.
Then the diaries still have to be counted, packed and sent on to branches or recipients. The client who should have had your diary on 1 January gets it in the third week and has already bought their own. Dated stock makes it worse: it is produced for the year, not reprinted, so the formats you want can be gone by mid-December. Branding and courier capacity are both tight through November and December.

Branding choices that look right on a diary
Cover. Foil stamping or heat debossing is standard on PU and leatherette covers. Gold or silver foil reads across a desk. Blind deboss, with no foil, is understated but vanishes in a photograph. Screen printing suits board and paper covers. Foil is usually one colour per stamp, so a multicolour logo is normally simplified. Decide that before the proof.
Inside. A printed title page with your company name, address and contact details costs little and makes the book feel personal. An elastic closure and a ribbon marker cost very little and lift the whole thing. Check the paper: 70 gsm and above stops a gel pen bleeding through.
Files. Send a vector logo (AI, CDR, EPS, PDF or SVG) with fonts converted to outlines. If you only have a raster file, send a PNG at 300 dpi at print size with a transparent background. Then read the proof slowly. A wrong phone number on 500 printed pages cannot be fixed afterwards.
How quantity changes the price
The minimum order is 5 pieces on most products (wall clocks start at 100), and single pieces are available at a higher rate, about 45 percent above the 5-piece rate. Per-unit price then steps down with quantity: about 11 percent below the 5-piece rate at 25 pieces, 22 percent at 100, 26 percent at 250 and 30 percent at 500. The exact per-unit price shows on each product page at the quantity you enter.
Shipping is Rs250 up to Rs5,000, Rs150 up to Rs10,000 and free above Rs10,000, measured on the subtotal before GST. GST is 18 percent and every order gets a GST invoice.
