What should you send each client for New Year?
New Year is the gift clients expect least and keep longest, because it arrives with no sales motive attached. A useful item with a quiet logo lands better than a loud one. What does a 100-client New Year gift list cost?
Take 100 clients: 60 small accounts, 30 regular clients and 10 top accounts. Each line is ordered at its own quantity, so each gets the tier discount for that quantity. The worked table uses the live tier ladder, with shipping and 18 percent GST added on the combined order.

When must you approve artwork for New Year gifts?
Three rules from our shipping policy set the dates. Branded orders dispatch 5 to 7 working days from the day you approve the proof. Transit adds 2 to 5 working days. Working days run Monday to Saturday and exclude public holidays, so Friday 25 December and Friday 1 January do not count. The table uses the fast end of both ranges for the later date and the slow end for the earlier one.

If you miss the 21 December date, do not rush a branded order. Unbranded ready stock dispatches in 24 to 48 hours from payment confirmation, and a gift that arrives in the first week of January with a note about the year ahead still reads as New Year. Never send a gift late and call it on time.
What should you check before you send?
- The recipient gift policy. Many listed companies, banks and public sector units cap gift value or ban gifts. Ask their procurement or admin team.
- The address list. Several addresses are quoted as a split before you pay. Send the list with the quantity for each location.
- The note. A short signed note from the account owner turns an item into a gesture. Keep it specific to the year you worked together.
- The logo. Keep it modest on a desk gift. Clients keep items that look like a quality object, and bin ones that are mostly branding.
