What is the minimum order for corporate gifts in India?
Practice varies widely. Many suppliers quote a minimum of 30 to 100 pieces per design, which suits a company-wide order and punishes a team of eight new joiners. GiftBulk sets 5 pieces on every product in the catalogue, from a Rs6 pen upwards. The one exception is wall clocks, which are made to order and sold from 100 pieces. Each product in a cart must meet its own minimum.
A single piece is also available if you want to test quality before you commit. It is priced at the single-piece rate, 45 percent above the 5-piece rate, and delivery is charged separately. How does the price change at 5, 15, 25 and 50 pieces?
Every product follows the same ladder, so a small order already gets a lower rate than a single piece, and each step up saves more. The table applies it to five products. Prices are per unit before GST.

The big step is from a single piece to 5. After that, the saving is gradual: about 6 percent at 15 pieces, 11 percent at 25 and 16 percent at 50. A team of 20 saves a few rupees a piece by rounding up to 25, which only pays if you can use the extras. What does a small order cost with shipping and GST?
Shipping is read off the subtotal before GST: Rs250 up to Rs5,000, Rs150 up to Rs10,000 and free above Rs10,000. GST at 18 percent is then charged on the subtotal plus shipping. On a small order, shipping is the item that moves the all-in price most.

The five-pen order shows the problem: Rs250 of shipping on Rs110 of pens. Two fixes help. Combine products into one order so shipping is charged once, and aim to cross Rs5,000 before GST, where it drops to Rs150, or Rs10,000, where it is free. The joining-kit line shows this: four items for ten people is one shipment. A new buyer on a first order of Rs3,000 or more before GST can use the code FIRST5 for 5 percent off, capped at Rs500. Is branding available on a 5-piece order?
Yes. Logo branding is done in-house and the process does not change with quantity: you send a vector logo, we send a digital proof, and nothing is produced until you approve it in writing. Branded orders dispatch 5 to 7 working days after approval. Standard single-position branding is confirmed with your order and is generally included in the per-unit price at normal quantities. For a very small run, ask for the branded price in writing before you pay. Multi-colour printing, several positions and individual names are quoted separately.
When should you order more than the minimum?

Per-unit price falls 22 percent by 100 pieces and 30 percent by 500, so a repeat gift is cheaper to order once in depth than in small lots.
